#Good to know

  • The user is whoever the message is for: who joined, left or boosted, set off the autoresponder, pressed the button or ran the command. In a sticky message, it's whoever posted last. The channel is where the message is posted.
  • Anything not set, like a missing banner, reads N/A. With no colored role, {user.color} reads #000000; with no roles, {user.top_role} reads @everyone. A ticket variable that doesn't fit the notice, like {ticket.closer} in a claim notice, is empty.
  • Ticket channel names take only {ticket}, {user} and {dropdown}. See Panels.
