Premium

What Free, Tier 1 and Tier 2 include, and how to get a key.

#Plans

Every core feature of Utilities is free. Premium raises how many of each thing your server can keep, and adds a few features of its own. Prices are the ones on the pricing page.

  • Free, $0: every core feature, with limits.
  • Tier 1, $4.99 a month: higher limits, premium rate limits, priority when the bot is busy, ticket reminders, ticket scheduling, transaction history and transaction transfers.
  • Tier 2, $7.99 a month: everything in Tier 1, plus the highest limits, bot customisation with /customize, and user premium.

User premium unlocks premium features wherever you are. It does not raise a server's limits: those come from the server's own plan.

#Getting a key

  1. Buy it. Run /premium buy and press Purchase. It takes you to the Utilities support server, where you open a ticket to buy.

  2. Claim it. Run /premium claim with your key in the server it is for, or /premium user claim to keep a Tier 2 key as your own. A key made out to you can only be claimed by you.

  3. Check it. /premium stats shows your server's plan and how long it has left. /premium user stats does the same for you, or for someone else.

/premium perks shows every tier and limit in Discord.

#Good to know

  • Time adds up. Claiming a key on a server that still has time left adds to what it has.
  • Tier 1 waits behind Tier 2. If a server has both, its Tier 1 time is not used up while Tier 2 is running.
  • Reminders. Whoever claimed the key gets a DM 3 days before it runs out, with a button to renew and one to turn these reminders off.
  • When Tier 2 runs out, the bot's customisation in your server is taken off within the hour. It is kept, and goes back on when you renew.
  • When a server drops a tier and has more transaction autoroles than its new plan allows, the ones with the lowest amounts are kept.
  • Cancelling a ticket timer with /ticket auto close cancel works without premium, so a timer set while you had it can always be stopped.
