Server Settings

Your server's prefix, its statistics, its leaderboard, and wiping its data.

#Overview

This page covers the settings that belong to your whole server: the prefix typed commands start with, the sales numbers in /server stats and /server leaderboard, statistics channels that show your numbers in the channel list, and /server wipe for deleting your server's data.

#Prefix

Every command works as a slash command and as a typed command. A typed command starts with the prefix, which is , unless you change it. Slash commands work whatever the prefix is.

/prefix set !
/prefix reset
  • A prefix can be 1 to 3 characters, with no spaces.
  • Changing the server's prefix needs Manage Server. /prefix reset puts it back to ,, after asking.
  • Not sure what the prefix is? Mention the bot, or type ,prefix.

#Your own prefix

Anyone can set a prefix of their own with /prefix self set. It works in every server, and it wins over the server's prefix, so you can type the same thing everywhere. You can set it in DMs too. /prefix self reset removes it.

#Statistics

/server stats shows your server's sales from the transaction log: the total amount, how many transactions there have been, and when the last one was. Name a member to see their numbers instead.

/server leaderboard shows your top 10 clients by amount spent, and where you stand. Both need Manage Server.

#Statistics channels

Statistics channels are voice channels whose names show a number, like 👥 Members: 120. Everyone sees them in the channel list without opening anything.

  1. Open the screen. Run /server channels.

  2. Pick a category. The channels are made inside it.

  3. Pick what to show. Each one you pick gets its own channel. Picking one off removes its channel.

You can show Members, Humans, Bots, Channels, Roles and Boosts, and from the transaction log TOP Client, USD Value, Total Deals, Total Clients and Highest Transaction.

  • The names update every 10 minutes.
  • You can rename a channel. Everything up to the last colon is kept, and only the number after it changes.
  • Utilities needs Manage Channels to make and rename them.
  • Moving the channels to another category can happen twice every 10 minutes. A move past that is saved and done when the time is up.
  • If your plan allows fewer than you picked, the first ones you picked are shown, and the rest come back when you upgrade.

A server can show 2 statistics channels on Free, 5 on Tier 1 and 10 on Tier 2. See Premium.

#Wiping server data

/server wipe deletes your server's data from Utilities. Only the server owner can run it, it only works as a slash command, and the bot shows what will be deleted and asks before doing anything.

Pick Everything, one of these groups, or a single feature on its own:

ChoiceWhat it deletes
TransactionsAll transaction data, stats, and autoroles
CreationEmbeds, buttons, and autoresponders
PanelsTicket panels and panel configuration
EventsWelcome, boost, and leave configuration
UtilityAutoping channels, autorole, stickymessage, and autoreact configuration, plus sticky roles, your VoiceMaster setup and your GitHub updates
SettingsPrefixes, blacklist, and bot configuration

Some things are never wiped: open tickets, transcripts, Premium, and voice channels people are in right now. Wiping panels leaves every open ticket working.

Before wiping, Utilities saves a backup and shows you its number. If you wiped something by mistake, give that number to support in the support server and they can restore it.
